About Fair

Development of energy policy in Croatia is characterized by the EU accession process so that the energy strategy objectives are in line with the objectives set out at the EU level - security of supply, competitiveness of energy system and sustainability of economic development.

Croatia is facing large investments in the energy sector, which in today’s times of economic crisis are not only a major challenge but also a great opportunity.

Croatia does not have enough energy for its needs so that much of the energy is imported.

Therefore the energy strategy rests upon the increased capacity for energy production and energy efficiency.

Fair objectives:

presentation of new technologies for energy production, transmission and use
bringing together under the same roof all branches that are interested in energy-related activities and use of energy
encouraging interest of home entrepreneurs for development and production of the equipment within the energy sector
exchange of expert and scientific know-how
education, increasing the awareness on the use of energy and heat, energy efficiency and energy saving measures.
