Public awareness of the need for environmental protection and sustainable energy development facilitates promotion of energy efficiency and use of renewable energy!
REGIONAL ENERGETICS ZAGREB 2013 is a venue for a direct promotion of Craotian know-how and the possibilities of the regional market in the field of energy production and ideas and innovative achievements related to energy efficiency.
Energy Forum is a new form of communication of the Croatian government with the economists from the energy sector aimed at actualizing the issue of harmonizing the energy market to EU regulations and at giving clear directives on the possibility of investments into energy projects and financing renewable energy from EU and investment funds.
The Initiative of the Croatian Government for reducing dependence on expensive energy end exports in general as well as for directing investments into energy projects is a precondition for a multilateral discussion on improving the market efficiency and implementing of EU standards.
Energy Forum and the second Conference on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, strengthened by the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Croatia, will promote the regional market cooperation in order to increase energy security, investments into energy projects and support to sustainable development.
The need for dialogue between home entrepreneurs active in the energy sector on one side and the authorized ministries of the Croatian Government and other central bodies of public administration on the other resulted in a two-day professional gathering held on 20 and 21 September 2012 at the Zagreb Fair grounds under the title the Conference on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
The second Conference on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, to take place on 2 and 3 October 2013 is a logical and natural continuation of the expert Conference held in autumn 2012, which profiled into a unique event tacking and analyzing the most significant topics in the Croatian energy sector.
