AMBIENTA, the International Furniture, Interior Decoration and Supporting Industry Fair will be held from 14 - 18 October, whereas during the same week, from 14 - 17 October, exhibitors of the International Machine Tool and Tools & Welding and Anticorrosion Fairs BIAM&WELDING will be presented, since these fairs could not be organized this April due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

Despite the aggravated business conditions and the limited mobility caused by Covid-19, the business activity and market interest in exhibiting is persisting. In order to continue the sustainable fair business, we will present topically complementary projects that are entirely adhering to the conditions and recommendations on public gatherings and social distancing.

76 exhibitors from 17 countries will display their products and services in three pavilions and at more than 5,200 square meters of exhibition space.

The co-organizer of Ambienta is the City of Zagreb.

AMBIENTA

Exhibitors will show all types of residential furniture, kitchen and bathroom furniture, office furniture, products and equipment for interior decoration (lighting, curtains, parquets etc.) and HORECA - equipment and furniture for equipping hotels and apartments.

We wish to single out the group exhibition of member companies from the Wood Cluster of Herzegovina and companies Arboline, Drvona and Sabljo interiors. Ambienta will also present MS&Wood, one of the most famous manufacturers of designer furniture in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as two cult collections "Primum" and "Elle", which are the leaders in innovative and sophisticated designer furniture.

PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMPANYING ACTIVITIES

We wish to highlight MIKS, the International Exhibition of Ceramics and Glass, the Exhibition of students' works of the Zagreb School of Applied Arts and Design, the Exhibition of students' and teachers' works of the School of Design at the Faculty of Architecture, the Exhibition of students' and teachers' works of the Faculty of Forestry and the Exhibition of prize-winning prototypes from the competition "Design your ideal work nook". During Ambienta, the award for the best work in the mentioned competition will be presented.

ART FAIR

The second ART FAIR led by Ante Potočnjak will be held within the scope of Ambienta. Painters, sculptors and photographers will display their works of art in the pavilion 8. A daily art programme called Ex Tempore Zone has been created. This year as well all interested visitors can expect a pre-auction exhibition of works of art and an auction from the Kontura auction house.

The auction is to take place on Saturday, 17 October at 12.00h, offering 70 works of the following artists: Menci Clement Crnčić, Slava Raškaj, Oskar Herman, Jerolim Miše, Ljudevit Šestić, Mihovil Krušlin, Oton Postružnik, Frano Šimunović, Oton Gliha, Bruno Bulić, Vilim Svečnjak, Miljenko Stančić, Ivan Lovrenčić, Jure Labaš, Edo Murtić, Zlatko Prica, Nikola Reiser, Ferdinand Kulmer, Marijan Jevšovar, Ivan Mirković, Fedor Malančec, Josip Botteri Dini, Đuro Seder, Ivica Šiško, Dubravka Babić, Vasilije Josip Jordan, Đuro Pulitika, Mladen Veža, Božidar Kopić, Antun Branko Švaljek, Ivica Propadalo, Nina Lasta, Vesna Sokolić, Tihomir Lončar, Vladimir Meglić, Zlatan Vrkljan, Munir Vejzović, Željko Lapuh.

On the last day of Art Fair the "EX TEMPORE" award will be presented to the best exhibitors at Art Fair.

BIAM&WELDING

Biam&Welding fairs are focused on primary and secondary economic activities.

Aparatura company will present the WITT-Gasetechnik, which is a manufacturer of a whole range of gas safety and control equipment. Products include gas mixers, gas analyzers and measuring systems, as well as packaging leak detectors that meet the highest quality requirements.

OBAD Tools company will exhibit its own brand of hard metal cutters made in Germany, as well as standard lathing, cutting and drilling tools and holders manufactured by its partner Totime from Japan. In collaboration with a partner from Germany, the company will present milling and lathing tool holders.

Kimel filters will display the downdraft tables for grinding and welding of metal workpieces up to a maximum of 100 kg.

Exclusively at the fair, Worcon company will enable all exhibitors who are selling industrial equipment to use the Worcon Marketplace and B2B platform for 6 months for free so as to facilitate networking of companies and to expand the existing sales markets of exhibitors at the fair.

DIGITAL CHAMBER

The Croatian Chamber of Economy will present a new service at its exhibition space during Biam&Welding fairs - the Digital Chamber. It is an information and communication platform that implements seven e-services (e-members, e-finance, e-public powers, e-business information, e-learning, e-legislation, e-fairs and promotions), and is intended for members of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, public administration and citizens who want to get the necessary information in just a few clicks at any given time. During the fairs all interested visitors and buyers will be able to connect with companies in the industry by using the Digital Chamber.

OFFICIAL OPENING

The official opening will take place on 14 October 2020 at 11.00h in the pavilion 8 of Zagreb Fair. The fairs will be inaugurated by the Mayor of the City of Zagreb, Mr. Milan Bandić.

The fairs will be held in the pavilions 8, 8a and 9 and at the open-air space next to the mentioned pavilions.
