Today at Zagreb Fair we saw the opening of Beauty&Hair Expo Zagreb, which has been profiled from its beginning into the meeting point of world and national manufacturers and distributors of cosmetic and hairdressing brands.

The fair is intended for both the general public and professionals who exchange experiences on the spot, make contacts and present their products and services.

"Right at the beginning, I wish to emphasize the importance of holding trade fairs as promoters of small and medium-sized craftsmen and all related entities in the value chain, but also the economy as a whole. Our job here is to create and strengthen the satisfaction of exhibitors, visitors, clients and partners of Zagreb Fair. The positive news is that our largest regional fair on the topic of beauty is being held in its traditional term for the 23rd time in a row, dedicated to beauty novelties and trends, and that this year's edition has been complemented by a new model of professional programme.

Within the exhibition segment of the fair there are a total of 70 exhibitors on 2,850 square meters of exhibition space. In cooperation with partners we have prepared a professional programme to take place during all three days.
Beauty & Hair Expo Zagreb is designed for different segments of the beauty industry: cosmetics, hair care, natural products, salon equipment and nail care. The comprehensive offer for visitors includes fair discounts on domestic and world brands of cosmetic products, presentations of various treatments and massage techniques, education in nail design, nail care and shaping service, retail sale of hairdressing products and a lot of free advice from experts”, said Renata Suša, Zagreb Fair Director, at the official opening ceremony.

The Beauty & Hair Expo Zagreb was officially inaugurated by Nera Pavić, Assistant Department Head of Economy, Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Investments, who stated: “The beauty industry has been among those that have unfortunately borne the brunt of the corona pandemic since hairdressing, beauty and pedicure salons could not operate. Therefore, I am especially glad that epidemiological measures allow us to come together and follow all the latest trends in the world of beauty. This industry is one of the ever-growing sectors and represents a significant economic segment of development, so this fair as the most significant event in the world of beauty greatly contributes to the growth and development of the Croatian industry”.
After the official part of the programme, the students of the School of Fashion and Design held a short fashion show called "The Reading Suit and the Window to the Future".

Beauty & Hair Expo Zagreb lasts until Sunday, 6 March. Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00

Entrance to the fair is free and possible only against presentation of valid Covid certificates; vaccination certificate, certificate of recovery (within 6 months) or a valid negative test (PCR up to 72 hours, rapid antigen up to 48 hours).

Visitors and other participants, who do not have the Covid certificate, will be able to take a rapid test at the price of HRK 70.00 at the testing point in front of the Main Gate South of Zagreb Fair during the run of the fair. Masks are mandatory.
