With the AMBIENTA salon Zagreb Fair is marking the re-launch of its trade fair activities planned until next June after the 18-month ban.

Owing to the tremendous support of the City of Zagreb and the partner Hrvatske šume (Croatian Forests), this year again Ambienta presents a comprehensive exhibition programme to comprise quality topics, thus confirming its status of the central national business event in the wood processing industry and production.

This year's AMBIENTA includes the following thematic units:

  • ART FAIR ZAGREB
  • HORECA

In pavilion 5 at 6,500 m2 of exhibition space, 125 exhibitors from 9 countries will present their products and services.

With the focus on interior decoration, design and related industry, the Salon is an excellent place for inspiration concerning home decoration and redesign of existing spaces. Above all, a special unit - Design Zone features designer innovations in furniture manufacture, while the accompanying exhibition of works of art - Art Fair Zagreb offers an artistic upgrade with works created by painters, sculptors and photographers. Within the scope of the Salon, a special place belongs to the industrial segment of the Horeca equipment.

This year's Design Zone, a thematic unit at Ambienta led by the design director Ada Kezić, brings together around twenty exhibitors who will show the latest series of products, some of which have received prestigious world design awards, such as Red Dot, IF Design Award, Interior Innovation Award and A'Design Award. Some of the exhibitors announced the premiere presentation of their recent innovative solutions to the Croatian public.

Design Zone will show high-quality products, available on the Croatian market, which unite all the needs of modern man, with the aim of creating a comfortable space to live and work in, be it interiors, exteriors or individual products. It will enrich users' living space with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetics, as well as the use of natural, ecological or recycled materials.

Among the larger and world-renowned Croatian manufacturers of designer furniture, the novelties will be exhibited by Era (a line of products designed by Mirko Miličić), Bluetag, Hrastico and Arboline, and the Bosnian-Herzegovinian multi-award winning manufacturer MS & WOOD with their Elle and Primum collections.
