BEAUTY&HAIR EXPO ZAGREB, the leading topical event in the country and the region will gather beauty industry leaders from 8 - 10 March 2024 for the 25th time at Zagreb Fair.

Beauty & Hair Expo 2024 is intended for professionals, who in B2B meetings make direct contacts with stakeholders from the beauty industry and present their latest products and services, as well as for the general public that is shown the overall rich offer of this very dynamic and propulsive industry under a single roof.

Exhibitors will present novelties in the field of preparation and decorative cosmetics, the latest trends in cosmetic treatments, upcoming trends in hair coloring, cutting and styling, nail care and design, modern cosmetic and hairdressing equipment as well as accessories for salons.

MASTERS OF BEAUTY

The Hairdressers and Beauticians Guild of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts (HOK), in cooperation with Zagreb Fair, gathers the leading Croatian hairdressers and beauticians at a multi-day professional event called "Masters of Beauty - Hairdressers and Beauticians Days of HOK", as an integral part of the jubilee 25^th fair Beauty & Hair Expo Zagreb. Within the scope of the event, the National Championship for Hairdressers and Beauticians, the competition for Croatian hairdressing school students and a number of interesting panels and lectures will take place.

Friday, the first day of the fair, is dedicated to hairdressing competitions for students of secondary vocational schools. The students' hairdressing competition will be held in three categories: wavy style, romantic bridal and skin face cut for men. Vocational school students from all over Croatia will compete.

We wish to announce the attractive show as part of the programme “Masters of Beauty 2024 - Hairdressers and Beauticians Days of HOK” on Saturday, 9 March, and the exclusive expert workshop on Sunday, 10 March to be led by Farrukh Shamuratov, an internationally known and recognized hairdresser, stylist and makeup artist. With the aim of sharing his rich experience in the hairdressing business, Shamuratov will present the latest methods from the world of hairdressers and beauticians to the audience in Croatia for the first time.

Also, as part of the event, the multiple award-winning medical cosmetics expert from China, Pei Wang, will hold an education and transfer her know-how about all the secrets of the traditional Chinese massage to a small circle of Croatian beauticians. Profokus is organizing a school make up and nail competition with the theme "Barbie" to take place on Friday, 8 March. This year's competition theme was inspired by the doll icon of the same name. Contestants are tasked with creating make up that reflects her style aesthetic, and the overall look should reflect the spirit of Barbie - glamorous, fun and fashion-conscious.
From professional lectures and panels, we wish to single out the panels "What Does It Take to Be a Successful Craftsman?" and "State of the Profession: Yesterday - Today - Tomorrow" organized by the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, then "Incentives for Mentors" (Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development), while Andrija Štampar Teaching Institute of Public Health organizes a lecture "How Can I Get Involved in the Campaign Promoting Preventive Health Examinations?". WOMEN IN ADRIA invited renowned panelists on the current topic "A Look at Sustainable Business in the Beauty Industry", while a fun event will definitely be the Personality Scanner by Davor Bilman: “Show Me Your Hairstyle and I Will Tell You What Kind of Personality You Are!”. You can also attend education on medical pedicure and diabetic foot on the stage in pavilion 9.

FASH concept - fashion event

For the first time as part of the fair, FASH concept will be held, a fashion event that will bring together numerous Croatian designers and their creations and products in the field of fashion, fashion accessories and home decorations. Fans of original Croatian design will have the opportunity to look around and buy high-quality fashion products. Within the scope of the event there will be two panels: "Market Challenges: Can You Make a Living from Fashion in Croatia?" and "The Place of Croatian Design in the European Framework".
