The largest regional fair dedicated to beauty novelties and trends featured through new products, presentations, education and complemented by a new model of professional programme, will be held traditionally in early spring, from 4 - 6 March.

The project, which has been on the international trade fair stage for many years, this year's the 23rd in a row, enables exhibitors to successfully present novelties, promote products and demonstrate new techniques. The event aims at offering the possibility of personal, direct contact with potential partners and end users and presenting the overall offer of this highly dynamic industry and branch to the visitors under a single roof.

The fair will be held at the Zagreb Fair Congress Center and will feature 70 exhibitors at 2,850 m² of exhibition space.

BEAUTY NEWS, FAIR DISCOUNT AND TIPS

The fair is dedicated to different segments of the beauty industry: cosmetics, hair care, natural products, salon equipment, nail care.

The beauty industry and the way it affects our experience of beauty is constantly changing. Beauty&Hair Expo Zagreb is a place for new knowledge, useful tips and information that the present experts will be happy to share with visitors.

Exhibitors will show novelties in the field of preparative and decorative cosmetics, the state-of-the-art cosmetic treatments, the upcoming trends in hair dying, cutting and styling, nail care and design, modern cosmetic and hairdressing equipment and accessories for salons.

Visitors can expect numerous novelties and fair discounts, new nail technologies (easy dip nail technology), Ayurvedic product lines for full body care, permanent makeup, eyebrow and eyelash shaping and care, makeup and makeup tips, innovative anti-cellulite massage techniques and various applications of treatments with apparatus (CRYOLIPOLYSIS CrioART - reduction of body and face fat (double chin) through heating and freezing procedures, ELECTROMAGNETIC STIMULATION DEVICE TeslaART for muscle tone and volume, for adipose tissue reduction, ICOONE laser, physiotherapy programme, massage programme and relaxation/recovery programme.

BEAUTY&BUSINESS CONFERENCE

Saturday, March 5, is reserved for the Beauty&Business conference organized by the Voice of Entrepreneurs Association, the Women in Adria platform and Zagreb Fair.

The conference will highlight the quality excellence of provided services and ways to run a business in the beauty industry well and professionally.

The all-day conference will abound with many interesting lectures and presentations. It is an opportunity to learn how to manage your money and how to build or improve customer relations. Moreover, the Quality excellence certificate of the Voice of Entrepreneurs Association will be presented. It enables a safe and satisfying brand to get additionally highlighted at the market and to improve its business. The topics will include running social networks, websites and marketing in the beauty industry. The importance of safety at work will be also commented on. There will be a panel on the Quality in the beauty industry, too.

COMPETITIONS, FASHION AND HAIR SHOW

The Profokus College organizes the nail art design competition on the topic "Nails in Paris" to take place on Friday, 4 March. The topic of this year's contest is inspired by the TV series "Emily in Paris”. The contestants are tasked with transferring their creative ideas to nails through painting and combining colors and designs. On a given topic, they can decorate with different techniques - 3D design, gel or acrylic, and paint with gels, permanent polish, ordinary polish and acrylic.

The Zagreb School of Fashion and Design will present the literary-fashion collection "The Reading Suit and the Window to the Future", which is the result of a joint project with the Zagreb City Libraries. The idea for this project arose in the year of reading based on the motif in the novel The Singer in the Night by Olja Savičević Ivančević (in the novel the main character The Nightingale has a "writing suit"). The fashion show is not a classic one, but includes reading of certain fragments from the works by writers Ivana Bodrožić, Maša Kolanović, Lara Mitraković and Olja Savičević Ivančević. The second part of the fashion show called The Window to the Future, is a classic fashion show inspired by positive thoughts that young people really do need.

There will also be the Hairdresser's show by secondary vocational school students (organized by Zagreb Fair), the Masterclass Euphoria vol II, as well as lectures and presentations for vocational school students (organized by Profokus).

On Saturday, 5 March, from 17.00-19.00 h, the Hair Show Farmavita Professional will be organized by Trend line.

Sunday, 6 March is reserved for Hair Fashion organized by Top Stil. In the lobby of the Congress Hall, top hair experts will take turns to demonstrate news and tricks in making hairstyles to interested visitors.

OFFICIAL OPENING

The fair will be officially inaugurated by Mrs. Nera Pavić, Assistant Head of the City Office for Economy, Ecological Sustainability and Strategic Planning, on Friday, 4 March 2022 at 11.00 h at the Zagreb Fair Congress Hall.

ADMISSION TO THE FAIR BEAUTY&HAIR EXPO ZAGREB

Entrance to the fair is FREE and possible only against presentation of valid Covid certificates; vaccination certificate, certificate of recovery (within 6 months) or a valid negative test (PCR up to 72 hours, rapid antigen up to 48 hours).

Admission to the fair will proceed as follows: at ticket offices (South Gate Zagreb Fair) against presentation of a valid Covid certificate, visitors will get a single-use wristband and the admission ticket to the fair to be used for passing the mechanical barrier, the so called turnstiles and to enter to the venue. Masks are mandatory. Visitors and other participants, who do not have the Covid certificate, will be able to take a rapid test (70 kn) at the testing point in front of the Main Gate South of Zagreb Fair during the run of the fair.
