Along with the continuation of positive business operations in 2019, in these difficult times of the pandemic Zagreb Fair Ltd was the first in Croatia to apply the innovative concept of organizing trade fairs and events in a hybrid version of the service offer. It is a change of the way that projects are prepared and organized into online and offline participation possibilities. The hybrid fair model is aimed at creating and increasing the satisfaction of exhibitors and their products, as well as visitors themselves, in real and virtual time. This weekend, the first such hybrid fair project in Croatia was successfully completed - Beauty & Hair and Dentex Expo Zagreb 2020.

Beauty, Dentex & Health Expo 2020 online edition

Beauty, Dentex & Health Expo 2020 online edition is a digital extension of trade fairs presented in the period from 21 - 27 September through the Entrio platform. The broadcast content was realized in collaboration with Iva Belé, a trainer of the principle of success. At 10 lectures and 6 panels during 15 hours of the programme, 34 top experts provided knowledge and tools for viewers in various segments: motivation/psychology, health, nutrition/sports, sales, entrepreneurship and beauty. The online edition of the fairs attracted a large interest of the public.

"The hybrid model of the fair is a combination of online and offline activities, where all aspects of the face-to-face organization which can are transformed into the identical digital option and offered as an alternative. The hybrid model includes a simultaneous digital and physical offer, in particular the organization of meetings, live events and digital showrooms. A feature of hybrid models is real-time interaction, either via a link to an event or via Internet channels and social networks. It strengthens the presentation of exhibitors, their products or brands in an expanded, real and virtual ecosystem, and the same goes for the dissemination and reach of education, which along with networking, becomes a new offer of values and motivation to participate in trade fairs in both forms" said Mrs. Dina Tomšić, Zagreb Fair CEO.
